基于IMC数采器的跨座式单轨列车转向架疲劳试验
【摘要】:以跨坐式单轨列车转向架构架为试验对象,在构架危险部位布置应变片。采用半桥路接线法,运用IMC公司便携式数采器CI,对车辆在30,35,40,45 km/h运行速度下危险部位测点的应力时间历程数据实时采集。对采集的数据进行截取、滤波、平滑、迟滞处理及载荷谱无效幅值舍弃后,编制雨流计数程序及材料的S-N材料特性程序,计算出该构架在不同时速、不同滤波情况下疲劳损伤值。根据测试的数据,拟合出损伤值与速度之间的函数关系,预测了转向架构架在不同运行速度下的疲劳寿命。
